Resource Scheduling

With Resource Scheduling, we are able to forecast future revenue and cost. It also identifies if additional resources are required to deliver future projects. We have been able to improve the overall staff utilization by balancing the workload on the Team Schedule.

Time Tracking

Our team is able to easily track time on specific tasks. Project managers are able to review the variances between scheduled vs actual time and fine-tune the estimation process. Timesheet reminder and approval features encourage the team to enter all their time accurately.

Invoicing

With all the data in the same system, our Finance team is able to easily pull uninvoiced time. Previously that information had to be copied and pasted to create invoices that were prone to errors. Another benefit is that billable uninvoiced time doesn't slip through the cracks.
